Penguin is a complete Wi-Fi Restaurant Management App that includes Wi-Fi thermal printers, Wi-Fi Token Display, Admin main software, Queue, Kitchen, and Captain applications.
In conventional restaurant management, Captains take an order on paper, pass it to the waiter for making its entry with the operator, and later take it to the kitchen, bar, or pantry. In this situation, not only does the legwork of the waiter increases, but a lot of manual interaction and interpretation is required. This results in wastage of time where the customers have to wait for the service from the waiter leading to increased pressure and poor order management.
With PENGUIN Sim-less Tablet, the Captain can take orders on a wireless touchpad. The Captain has to just add the item and order from his Tablet, and soon the KOT/BOT is generated at the respective departments thru Wi-Fi and portable thermal printer. Likewise, the same reflects on the cash counter machines (server). The Captain and waiter need not leave the service area which helps in providing the customers with better service. (Captain can add remarks in the order like less spicy, medium, Jain, ½, etc.)

SAAS (Software as a Service) model gives you a flexible and convenient option to deploy Penguin App at your Restaurant. No big investment is needed as it has monthly subscription payment method. Pay a little to make your restaurant hi-tech.

We do provide complete Penguin App with hardware and software through purchase by the customer. This one-time expense model which will make you the owner of the whole system. No recurring cost is required to be paid.

Yes, we have our company’s Training Team. The session is spread through min. 5 days of training, however, the Captains might get acquainted within 3 days while working during the rush hours as the system is user-friendly. A Captain who knows how to operate mobile phones can easily operate the Tablet as well as the application.

This is the wrong perception conceived by the customers. It is feasible at small restaurants too. It depends on your business requirements, say, you have two Captains in your service area so you may go for two Tablets. Similarly, if you have two kitchen areas, you may go for two Wi-Fi Printers. The system gives flexibility to work in the stress-free environment, as now the Captain doesn’t need to move around much. Now, they can address their customers’ needs and help in better positioning of the restaurant. The cashier can view the entire table status and monitor the order items. The waiters have minimal work i.e. to pick up the order and serve on the table. They do not need to wait for the entry or preparation of items. We’ve developed an intelligible system that anyone can avail. The system is fully customized and admired by renowned hospitality groups.

We have all the provisions in our system. If a customer wants to cancel the order, the Captain can do the same from his Tablet only. But, if the owner wishes that this facility is given to the cashier, it can be customized accordingly. You may mention details on each cancellation so as to analyze the reasons for each. We have remarks facility also as an order is prepared on the customer requirements. Here, we’ve remarks in the systems for ordered items like hot, Jain, spicy, medium spicy, etc. Additionally, the Admin can write new remarks easily for the order to be prepared on customers’ requirement.

We provide different rights to every member of the restaurant which helps the owner to track the transactions done by all the users but other employees have limited access to the data as set according to the owners’ permission. All the roles are pre-defined which lets you assign provisions to your employees as per your necessity. You don’t need to worry about any misuse.

We are committed to delivering the best services to our customers. The system is fully customized and completely secure. We produce the Wi-Fi Printers and Wi-Fi Token Display at our own manufacturing unit. If any error occurs, the system analyzes the problem and shows the same on the screen. Also, we’ve our helpline service and support team. Thus, you don’t need to worry about any kind of technical problem. We won’t let your operations meet any hindrance. Along with it, our installation and training team gives proper training to your employees so that they feel confident while working during the rush hours. The system is easy to use and all the requirements are already included in it.

PENGUIN comprises of both hardware and software. For hardware, following components are required:

• PC with Pentium IV with 1 GB RAM, Windows XP Home with minimum 40 GB HDD.
• Wi-Fi units as per the requirement of the premises.
• Wi-Fi thermal printer as per the no. of kitchens and one for Queue Management; all manufactured by Prompt Group only.
• Sim-less Tablets as per the no. of Captains going to use it.
• Wi-Fi Display; manufactured by Prompt Group only.
